Emotional eating has to be the #1 worst trigger of them all. I to have fallen prey to it and still battle the beast every so often.
But this is a new thing I do before eating anything.
1- I look at the time, if its not anywhere near a meal time then I stop and think/asked myself WHY am I hungry??? If its not for hunger than I move slowly away from the fridge and go for a walk, reach for my computer/sparkpeople. Anything to keep busy.
