Eileen ~ I sure can commiserate with you about retaining water. I don't remember what I ate but was certainly shocked when my weight jumped 3.6 lbs. overnight last weekend. Still working on getting rid of that. I need to get some dedication too. It seems to be working for youz.

If you think of loss as a pound of butter you will appreciate it more emoticon All that goo is gone!
I refuse to accept the weight I saw on the scale. There is no way I GAINED 3 pounds!!!! I think it was due to eating out twice on Wednesday. There was enough salt in what I ate to last me a week! Makes you wonder what the restaurants are trying to hid with so much salt ; ) I got in a lot of water and I think all of it stayed in me. I felt like a balloon Wednesday night and was so thirsty! Will stay away from the scales for a while and give my body time to adjust again. I'm still very determined to get this weight off and am behaving myself! I can do this!!

I am down to 116 right now. The DR is running tests to see why I have had such a drastic weight loss the last 2 months. Yes I have been under a lot of stress but I am still eating the same.

Today is the first day of Spring... a time when nature awakens after a long winter's slumber, a time of renewal. And so today I will renew my commitment to living a healthy lifestyle.
