What a difference a week makes. Make that 2 weeks. Went off program for about 5 days and managed to pack on quite a bit of tonage. Well it doesn't look so bad if you don't know what my weight was down to last week. Anyway today I'm back to 214.2. I'll really need to hustle to meet my goals now.

Thank you Patti! Sure hope you've been able to gain a few pounds back.
LOL silly a pound of muscle weighs exactly the same as a pound of fat it just takes up much less room. Lol that's why I like to call myself "Fluffy" instead of Fat. But I get your point and agree.
I like to see the numbers on the scale get smaller but the numbers that really matter to me are the ones that can only be revealed with a blood test. I'm in this to fix the inside and if it helps the outside to look better I count that as a bonus.

It's another drop in weight of 1.4 pounds for me this week! 211.2 currently & 212.6 last week.
210 by the end of July is my first big goal. Plan to be in Onederville by my birthday in mid September!

emoticon Way to go everyone! Remember not to judge your weight loss by the scale because as you exercise more, you gain muscle which weighs more than fat! I fell down to 113 which in my case is not a good thing.

I went from 214 last week to 212.6 this week (-1.4#)
oops! I weighed 214 yesterday. Last Thursday I weighed 214.6 for a drop of 2 lbs for the week.

Just out of curiosity I dug out the scale again this morning and found I had lost .03. Proves to me that the salty stuff does make me gain weight---water retention. I ate healthier last night with no added salt. Got to not eat the processed junk! It was a case of laziness on my part, but no more of that!!

Had a gain this week. Not at all happy since I thought I was doing so well and getting in my walk every day and swimming. I feel lighter!!! Guess I could say some of it is salt since I ate something salty again last night, but I'm not accepting any excuses. Just drawing a line and starting over this month with more determination. I'll weigh in again next week and hopefully see a loss. My weight was 184.9---up from 183 a couple weeks ago.

If you think of loss as a pound of butter you will appreciate it more emoticon All that goo is gone!
I refuse to accept the weight I saw on the scale. There is no way I GAINED 3 pounds!!!! I think it was due to eating out twice on Wednesday. There was enough salt in what I ate to last me a week! Makes you wonder what the restaurants are trying to hid with so much salt ; ) I got in a lot of water and I think all of it stayed in me. I felt like a balloon Wednesday night and was so thirsty! Will stay away from the scales for a while and give my body time to adjust again. I'm still very determined to get this weight off and am behaving myself! I can do this!!
