emoticon YAY! The #s on my scale are finally going in the direction that makes me happy emoticon Still one pound heavier than I was on March 3rd, but considering I lost & gained the same 4-5#s last month I'm happy to start this month @ 214.1.

Just getting back to better wt accountability.
Ending March at 238.5.
My highest on Spark was 252.
I'll be back Thursday to report my progress. emoticon

I'm an eternal optimist. I found the Secret; the Eat to Live plan.
In 2015 I will be a Success Story !
I will be wearing that Little Black Dress December 31, 2015.

emoticon emoticon This past week was NOT a good one or rather I should say, "I did not put forward my best effort this past week." I weighed 217.3 this morning which is a 5.1# gain for the week.

Today is the first day of Spring... a time when nature awakens after a long winter's slumber, a time of renewal. And so today I will renew my commitment to living a healthy lifestyle.
