emoticon emoticon This past week was NOT a good one or rather I should say, "I did not put forward my best effort this past week." I weighed 217.3 this morning which is a 5.1# gain for the week.

Today is the first day of Spring... a time when nature awakens after a long winter's slumber, a time of renewal. And so today I will renew my commitment to living a healthy lifestyle.

Got exactly one tub of butter off my body this week! Technically I know it most likely isn't all fat but it makes me feel good to think that it is :)

My ticker weigh in day varies depending on what day the first of the month falls on. This month it was Saturday. I'll have to drop another .4# to keep it @ one# gone.

Well, I only lost 1/2 pound this week. I'm not disappointed because I know this is going to be a long process. I'm also on bodybuilding.com and when I set up my goals on there, it estimated that I will reach my goal around March 15th, 2015. It's not the easiest of tasks trying to lose weight, lose fat and gain muscle. The good news is my body fat didn't go up this week, it stayed the same which means I actually gained some muscle! emoticon
I'm much more interested in my body fat% than I am the numbers on the scale, so this is a win in my books this week!

Ok, so I forgot it was Thursday till after eating lunch. And considering all the layers of clothes I am wearing (long johns, sweat pants, 2 sweat shirts, 3 pairs of socks & booties) I do not dare get on the scale-lol! Our central heat is out so we are relying on space heaters. Finally up to 60 in the living room!

This is so very confusing.
@ TOPS Monday evening, fully clothed, I had a 2# loss and weighed in @ 201.4.
When I weighed myself that morning in my jammies I weighed 198... a 3.4# increase?
This morning I weighed 197.3......
As long as the number keeps getting smaller I guess it doesn't matter what it is :)

I will be glad when I transfer back to the other TOPS meet that weighs in in the morning. It was much easier when their scale & my scale said about the same thing.
