How can you do 30 minutes already? I am 5 weeks out of surgery and I still get tired getting to the washroom. Trying to do a 10 minute knee walker walk every other day and by the time I get home I am exhausted and the thigh that is on the walker is screaming in pain. Hopefully in another 6 weeks when I can start physio my strength will start coming back.

A little about 20 minutes. Jody my boots are about 3 lbs each. For my half boots full boot is about 5 lbs. Guess I should actually weigh them so I know for when cast comes off and the boot goes back on so I can weigh in. As there will be at least a month I will have to wear the boot the surgeon chooses 24-7

Today was a LDW day. (Long dog walk) It's only a mile but we are both just starting out so
we're starting small especially since we both have joint issues. Sunday is the beginning of week 2 and we're adding 1/2 a mile. Short walks on gym days will remain only 1/2 mile due to time constraints.

You got it Boss. Went to the gym and had my 1st workout yesterday. It was kind of fun.
Since it was my very first day it was more of a demonstration & the weights were set too light.
Taking a break today as I carelessly hurt my leg yesterday but I'll be back @ it tomorrow on the 1st day of June and there after for the next 100 days.
