Heck yeah! Everyone's doing AWESOME! As for me... I'm getting it done every darn day! LOL! I actually worked too hard yesterday, and I should have rested today, but I didn't. I'm going to have to see how I feel tomorrow to decide if I'm going to do my full workout tomorrow, do 1/2, or just rest.

Thank you Jody! To answer your question regarding how I got myself to workout when I didn't want to...I committed myself and did it anyway. Seriously, there's no magic bullet here. I can honestly say I've yet to get up in the morning excited to workout, but I knew this year if I didn't change my thinking, I'll never change. So I've changed my thinking, and my approach. I now look at exercise and healthy eating as more of a job that's got to get done and do it anyway. We (usually) don't want to go to work, clean the house, do laundry, etc... But we do it anyway! Household chores have got to get done, daily hygiene has got to get done, regardless of how we feel, and if we don't have the time, we find the time, or we make the time, and we do it anyway!

The difference with exercise versus laundry (lol) is a few minutes in and you usually start feeling pretty darn good, and when you're done you feel AMAZING and accomplished! I've never felt that great after a load of laundry!

I also no longer try and find time for working out, I schedule it. If my schedule changes, I reschedule it and get it done anyway. I started this in January, and it really seems to be working! Let me be honest here, I really have NO motivation to do this every day. We may start working out because we're motivated, but motivation doesn't last and that's when we have to change our approach to keep going. You have to exchange motivation for determination and commitment!

Today was my rest day so I took it easy on myself with yoga and a little ab work!

I can honestly say that I in no way whatsoever wanted to workout today! UGH! But...I did it anyway! This morning I got in 40 minutes of cardio "bootcamp" style! So happy I did! Later this afternoon I did shoulders. Hubby decided to workout with me and that was lots of fun! He helped me do some assisted pull-ups!
