30 min. on the treadmill for me. Can't wait to do more! I'm stoked about this but knowing myself I don't want to overwhelm/sabotage myself. So as frustrating as it is I'm taking it slow.

Thirty minutes on my recumbent bike! Since I was watching 'Leslie Sansone's Just Walk' and she was doing HIIT I did too. I've not done a LS dvd before and that one looked like lots of fun.
Think I'll give it a try tomorrow and see if I can keep up. I don't really feel like I've worked out if I don't get @ least a little Sparkle/sweat on. I think LS might do the trick. That bike sure didn't even with the HI intervals.

LOL I didn't mean it that way Meg. I meant that she looks like she's having a grand time dancing along. A very fun way to workout! More so than sitting on an ole bike but I don't think at this stage I could keep up with you or Richard so I'll be happy to start slow.

I use a DVD by Debbie Rocker that has walking, jogging, some squats and stretching at the end. I also use some of Richard Simmon's 'Sweatin to the Oldies'. I should be doing some weight training, and I have been thinking about it, but I haven't started.

I think we all need to move more but daily exercise is a habit I am struggling to get established.
