Exactly. Keep pushing. My mom told me maybe I was too old. When I started wearing my medals home after half marathons and marahons, she changed her tune. I always try to encourage her to keep pushing.

How do you handle people who try to sabotage your quest for better health/weight loss? More times than not, I'm seeing around SP those who ARE have problems with "friends" who offer fattening foods, bade them to accept what is happening (age), or some who let them know how "fat" he or she is getting. (This happened to me.)
Share what you do to deflect the negative.
