But my plan daily is alone however if my workout partner wants to run with me I let her know what time I am taking off
If she is there great but I mentally prepare to train alone

I''m just not giving up on me. I will never stop trying to be healthy, no matter my failures and shortcomings.
I've signed up with my local BGR chapter, but I have gone out and run with them yet. I've spoke to the president one Sunday when they were out on the WWB. I'm running alone at the moment, but plan to become more active with the group.
Progress may be slow, but it happens!
No such thing as last place only finishers.
Great question! Like Doral, I have 2 kids and the BGR runs are hard for me to run with. I have ran one with them before on the weekend but I was not able to return since. Last year, I was running with a buddy but after school started back, she did not resume her running with me this summer. She said she would run with me yet it never happened as most people do when they offer to run with me....so to that end, I run alone!
I would welcome the company (sometimes) when running especially on my longer runs!
I can simplify my life and lighten my burdens by deciding realistically what I want to do and what I have time to do. (~_^)
I like to run alone as well. I feel like running with someone else (unless I'm a running a race) distracts me.

I do both! I love the group runs with BGR Indy, especially on Sundays. I make that my long run and the girls really challenge me. This past Sunday, I'm glad that the girl who usually runs with me went ahead as I slowed down, because I don't want to hold anyone back from getting their run in. So, I was pretty much alone at the end!
During the week, I'm pretty much alone.

Alone until about a month ago when I met two ladies on the trail. Now I get up and meet them almost every day about 6 am. Then, we still have a BGR group run here once a week and have been doing a free 5K every Saturday morning.
Finished: Walt Disney World Marathon, January 13, 2013.
Finished: Disney Princess Half, February 2013
Finished: Orange Blossom Half and 5K, March 3, 2013
Finished: Divas Half, N Myrtle Beach, April 2013
I run alone too. Mornings (5am) are best for me so I've been using the treadmill in the gym, especially since I ran into the deer I thought was a dog and broke all kinds of records running back home. LOL On the weekends I can sometimes get my husband to join me on a long walk, but usually it's just me and my music (and whatever animals are peeking through the trees).
I run alone. There are a few BGR groups a little north and south of me that are always meeting up to run in groups. I have 2 kids and no family around so it is hard for me to meet up with the groups. I love my neighborhood for my routes (long or short runs). There are plenty of people out getting in their run or walk so I feel safe and the different tress, plants, and trying to get a glimpse of homes or town homes being the various gated communities gives me plenty to look at.

I go at it alone. I find I get impatient if somebody is too slow and then I'm competitive if somebody is too fast. My best company is my dog, and, bless him .. he is nine years old and has to stop all the time! LOL
