I'm stressing right now because I haven't had the motivation to get out there and start running again. I have not been running for almost a year now. I am so disappointed in myself. I have a new business I just started and its taking up my time to stay focus, plus my job. I am really stressed out. I tell myself when I get home after work I'll do it or I'll wake up early enough ( which is 4:00 in the morning) Urgh! I can't do it, or do it on the weekend which is the only time I can get rest. I am so tired most days. Sorry but no handling this here. I need help or maybe I need to create a schedule.
