Great article. Thanks. I'm not a cold weather person, so I haven't run as much this season, but I'm looking forward to getting back out there and meeting some BGR sisters.

Thanks for the wonderful article Paula. Before read your post, I had just posted my "huddle", "Make it happen...at your pace". I will admit I want to run faster, but not at the expense of injuring myself. For me to get faster, I have to put in the time and not think it will happen by just running as fast as I can all the time.

Have a great day...it is a little gloomy here in Miami and also cold. Finally Winter has reached Miami.
