Thanks for the wonderful article Paula. Before read your post, I had just posted my "huddle", "Make it happen...at your pace". I will admit I want to run faster, but not at the expense of injuring myself. For me to get faster, I have to put in the time and not think it will happen by just running as fast as I can all the time.
