Here are a few tips if you are a Master (age 40 plus) or even a Grand Master (age 50 plus) runner/walker. In my marathon yesterday, I felt right at home with some of the masters and grand master entrants. Some ran, some walked, we all made it to the same finish line and we all got the same medal.
