Im feeling good today.

Im starting to train for a 10K. Ran 1 mile today. It was pretty easy. Tomorrow Im supposed to run 2.5. I've ran 3 10Ks in the past. I'm trying to keep it up this time so I signed up for one in March.

1st 10K 11/25/10 - 190.5 = 1:19.59
2nd 10K 11/26/11 - 172.5 = 1.12.27
3rd 10K 11/22/12 - 178 - 1:15

I feel great today......I always feel great after a good run...even if it's a hard run I never regret getting out there. The fall weather is playing mind tricks on me.....I start to feel so anxious about it being cold outside I start to mentally talk myself out of getting out there..praise the Lord, it's only "head talk" and I still head out. Today was an awesome 9 mile run. I've been indulging in a couple more sweets than I would normally(stupid Lindt balls!! so bad but yet so good)...i think this is just going to be part of the lifestyle..enjoy the things you wish to enjoy but keep that balance of making your body move. This is such a journey but I'm so much closer to the goal so I press on!!!!! You all do the same!!! :)

Sore... I felt great after my 10k. I felt a lil sore yesterday. Today, I am feeling muscle aches in new places. I guess that's progress, too

Awesome. I've been behind on getting my workouts in lately due to homework, shortened days, church, etc, etc, etc. Company sponsored a 5K today and I participated. Forgot how much fun it was, even if I'm sore right now!!

Feeling good, I got that morning run in!! Why can I run 8 miles "easily" then go for 5 and it's TORTURE!! But I ran a 12:08 minute mile today!!!!!!!!! That was surely worth celebrating so yeah for me!!...now I've got to get moving on the rest of my day!! Work hard ladies!! :)

I'm feeling great! Didn't run today, but I will tomorrow. I really enjoy running! It's going to be a nice day tomorrow, so I will be running in the park instead of on the treadmill. That will be great.

Hey where is everybody at?? :) Isn't anyone feeling anything!! lol...it's been a week since anybody posted how they are feeling...so I'll throw myself out there. I am feeling tired but happy. I had a solo run today, normally I run with my husband on the weekends but he was busy so he'll go with me tomorrow...but I felt happy and accomplished to have did the 8.5 miles, the weather is cool and the sun was beautiful!! Let's enjoy things as we can...things won't always be just right or oh so pleasant. The Lord has made a lovely day!

I feel wonderful today. got in a 7.63 mile run before church.. Came home, showered and got dressed and I actually felt "THIN"!!! It was the weirdest feeling but I really did. It's so hard for my head to catch up with the reality that my body has changed tremendously over the last 18 months.......I guess losing 100 pounds will do that!! Hard work really pays off and I'm in the home stretch of this weight loss!!

Feeling great. This is rest day so just vegging in front of the TV. An inner voice still says "move" so I'm doing some sitting stretching and about to grab these 8 lb weights sitting within arm reach. Need more upper body so I guess it's rest for lower body only.

I am feeling worn out but accomplished today. My sweet husband took me and bought me a new pair of running shoes so today was the 1st day I was out to break them in......IT WAS ROUGH...they are slightly heavier than my other pair so my legs felt like they weighed 1,000 pounds...I ran at noon so it was quite hot....AND the route I run has sidewalk construction going on so I had to do quite a bit of trail running!! In spite of all of that.........I ran 5 miles anyway!!! I NEVER regret a run I've done....only the runs that I don't do!

Today I am feeling like crud. I have had to put my workouts on the shelf for the past two days due to my allergies flaring up and an UTI. I have never had an UTI in my whole entire life and now......YEP here I am.

Anyway, I went to Wally World (Walmart) today, picked me up a workout/eating journal, spoke to my hubby about really supporting me through this challenging time, and I am determined to lick this time in my life. It is discouraging to feel like I am stuck in this muddy quick sand and going nowhere.

This too shall pass and right now my focus is reaching out to my sisters here, my church family and most importantly God. He is always the source and anchor that I need.

Great. Upped my fitness challenge minutes for this month, did crunches, modified push ups and some strength training before leaving home this morning, doing a walk at lunch time.

Psalms 34:7 - Delight your self in the Lord and he will give you the desires of your heart.

I feel great! I woke up early, ate breakfast and hit a 1 mile run at the track. I also counted calories for the day and when I leave work I am starting week 3 of insanity! emoticon emoticon

Exhilirating. I got my butt up and worked out today....it has been really hard to get back into my fitness routine, but I am looking forward to hitting it and hitting it hard!

I really got my run on this morning! 10.02 miles. In the end it was hot because I didn't start until 8am but I got it done!

A little overwhelmed but glad to be off work. I've put off housework to take long runs and walks but now have to do it. Hoping to go to aqua track at gym in a couple hours, hope it stops raining.
