Our group meets at 5:15am on Wed & Sat... there are other groups that meet at 6:30pm on the same day in a different location. @ SEXY_WRITER:
Consider this: Reach out to the group in your area and propose that they establish a morning running group. From my experience, they just want willing participants. For instance, I proposed a new running route that features more hills and varied terrain; my group leader & I are going to work on making this happen before September.
Once the leaders in your area check within their current group, they may find that there are others who would welcome the morning run. Maybe they evevn know a few 2nd shifters who'd love the opportunity, too.

There is a group here in Greensboro, NC. I work second shift and they run in the evenings when I am at work. I can pull up an article on the group which ran in the paper about a year ago. The girls rock!
