I am training for a half marathon and hope to run it in October. Today, I increased my distance and am looking to do this in moderation to get me up to running the 13mi at least once before the big day...so I created this log and have taped it to my wall. This may or may not work for any of you but I wanted to share so this is what it looks like...

Every time I increase, I'm going to add the date next to the mile mark!!!
