Back from conference! Foodwise I was not on point - couldn't control that. I've never been to a city where everything shuts down by 6/7pm. I did pick up a case of water for the hotel room and made sure to drink 2-3 bottles daily. Hotel was about a mile from the conference center, so I was able to get plenty of walking in. Averaged 7k - 12k steps/day!

Well, ladies please make sure that you:
1. join the team goal regarding mileage
2. track/log your miles

If you are adding them in the old tracker, they will automatically add on to the team goal once you join the goal. AS for the new tracker, BLKLILY said she was tracking her mileage in the new tracker but it wasn't auto-populating in the team goals. You can reach out to her for tips on how to recitify this issue so everyone outstanding efforts can contribute to the team's success.

Hi, girls ..

I got a good strut in on my treadmill earlier this morning. Man, it was hot out in the garage, but I got in 35 minutes for 3.3 on the speedometer. (1.4 miles) It is my goal to got my endurance up to a manageable level as well as drop pounds. I want to feel good and energetic! I believe out of all the SP teams I've been involved in, I think this one will kick me in the butt to do this. emoticon

I just joined the website BGR waiting for approval for the Chicago Group. They have a weekly run near my home so i'm looking forward to that. In the meantime I walk/run once a week on the treadmill @ the gym. So far I do 30mins I'm upt to 3.5-4.0 which is really good for me. I want to one day be a runner. My next goal is 195pds, I workout 4-5 x's a week mostly cardio - cycle, treadmill, elliptical, water aerobics.

I cant even imagine 180's right now. But I just keep reminding myself that this weight didn't come on over night and it's going to take time for it to come off. Hope you ladies have a great weekend.

I am looking forward to 180... that's actually my long term (Dec 2012) goal weight. Right now, I am fluctuating between 258-263. At my heaviest, I was floating near 350. Praise the Lord for progressive change! Nevertheless, I've got MAJOR progress to make between here and December.

I am at a plateau, experiencing weird digestive issues.... I think its stress-related. Y'all, keep this sister in your prayers.


Once I get down to 180, I will define my next long term weight loss goal. Today, I think I will revamp my program and see if that kicks things back into gear.

Sexy...girl me too! I've been 180lb it seems like forever. My goal for July, these last two weeks is to get to 179. I know it ain't a deep break into the 170's but it's a start...let's go!!!

Salutations back on the grind today 12 shift in the ER (I love my job, I love my job). I got in a nice walk/jog yesterday 3miles in 34mins (I'm proud.) It feels really good outside today and I'm stuck inside. (I love my job, I love my job). Hope everyone has a blessed day.

Hey Ya'll (Outkast)...ran this morning with another sister from BGR! Her & I meet early in the morning's, twice a week, to run!

I am trying to train for a emoticon in October! Today, I increased my distance & ran 3.5mi so next, I'm hoping to increase my distance &/or add a day...we'll see!

After having a bad day yesterday, running this morning sure cleared it up! It ain't nothing a good run can't cure... emoticon Onto hot yoga in a couple of hours emoticon

Hey Everyone!
I'm Kimberly, and I'm excited to join you all on this journey to get fit and get running. I have just gotten back into jogging this year and it has been a struggle. I am determined to run an entire 5K by the end of the year. I haven't set a time goal, I just want to be able to run (not jog) from start to finish.

My Sunday/is wonderful. I went to service this morning and the Word was timely to say the least. I spent time with my girlfriends and ow I am off to hear Dr. Myles Munroe speak at another church.
