1. Join a training plan. Whether its speed, endurance, or just a sense of accomplishment, there is a training plan within the Sparkcommunity that fits you. Sparkpeople offers a host of walking & running training plans that will help you meeting your goals. Sign up today!

2. Join a walking/running event. We work more effectively when we have a goal in mind and an element of accountability. You can join a virtual event here on Sparkpeople or a local event in your area. Join an event and commit to prepare yourself to give your best walking/running performance.
