I hope we build each other up ... joining our strengths to encourage and rise above our personal challenges.
I struggle with weight. My body is one of those that enjoys storing fat.
I wish it wasn't so. But, alas, that is my genetic makeup.
I fight it daily with Exercise and a Lacto-Ovo Vegetarian diet.
I'm leaning toward vegan, but am not there yet.
I recently went back to eating 3 meals a day (from nearly 30 years of 4-5x/day)
I have hypoglycemia and while I personally LOVE the 3x/d meal plan, my body and brain are in rebellion. I find myself more symptomatic toward the evening and into the night.
I've also not lost one ounce in the last 3 months. Which is not acceptable.
While I'm aware of what the counsel says regarding best to eat 2x/day, my body does NOT like that at all and my brain focus dwindles.
I'm going to give one more focused effort throughout the month of March.

What program are others using? Has anyone heard of VegeWeigh?

I will do whatever it takes to receive OPTIMAL HEALTH.
I can have anything I want --- I just don't want that.
