My goal for August is to get down to 250# (from 273) by the end of the month. I am at 263# today. I believe that 13# at this stage, is a reasonable goal for 3 weeks.

CBAILEYC - I am running the Royal Parks Half Marathon in London for a Charity called MediCinema.
MediCinema build and run purpose built accessible cinemas inside hospitals for patients with prolonged illnesses to give them support and relief from ward life and those family members a chance to spend time with them in a natural environment.

My goals :
1- do at least 30 minutes of exercise daily 2- track my food, staying in calorie range 3- incorporate more fruits and vegetables into my diet 4- find positive noneatting ways for when I'm stressed or bored

As i'm training for a half marathon in October my August goals are:
Run & or Cross Train 3x per week or more Increase Long run by approx mile a week Run 8miles or 13km by end of month Drink lots of Water! Cut down or out completely junk food snacks.

My goals for August:
- log what I eat every day - use my free weights at least 10 times - snack only on fresh fruits and vegetables (but these will be more or less unlimited...and I love them!!)

I'm going camping this weekend. It's a scout event and the meals are pre-arranged. Then we are going to Wis Dells later this month. So one of my goals is to not over eat during those weekends.
I need to work out at least 3 x per week

YAYYY August!! means summer is almost done..my most unfavorite season (i do NOT like heat unless i am IN a lake or cool pool!!)
