CBAILEYC - I am running the Royal Parks Half Marathon in London for a Charity called MediCinema.
MediCinema build and run purpose built accessible cinemas inside hospitals for patients with prolonged illnesses to give them support and relief from ward life and those family members a chance to spend time with them in a natural environment.

1- do at least 30 minutes of exercise daily 2- track my food, staying in calorie range 3- incorporate more fruits and vegetables into my diet 4- find positive noneatting ways for when I'm stressed or bored
