My goals for Nov include - not stressing out with so much on my plate, eat healthy! for my kidney health, drink my 10 servings of water, and do better with new schedule - I am at school 2x a week until 10pm and I do not home until after 11pm. I need to readjust my bedtime for the other days of the week so I am not so tired.
