Stay binge free #1 Goal (forever)
Continue walking everyday until my surgery this Thursday
Continue drinking my water and taking my vitamins
Keep Sparking everyday
Become a Community Team member on my 3 month Spark anniversary (Oct 22)

After my surgery I will use my recuperation time to work on the "emotional"
part of me a little more. Hopefully by Nov 9th I will be able to start exercising again
though I may have to wait until the middle of January to start weight training again. :(

My goals have been changing quite a bit since I joined SP, but the good news is I'm learning to "recalculate" when my life takes an unexpected turn. In the past I would have just quit.
The progress I've made can't be measured on a scale. :)

My October goals:

Exercise 6 days per week for 45-60 minutes
Drink at least 64 ounces of water per day
Walk my dogs everyday for 30-45 minutes
Lose 2% of my weight

Fall 5% challenge starts Saturday 10/6. I want to be well past half way through the 5% by the end of the month.

October goal???

Haven't been exercising except for a little walking.
It shows. Not is weight but in how I am feeling.
It IS time for me to get back to shaking my booty.
