Spent the morning with a close friend. We visited with some mutual friends and went thrifting. I bought some pottery to give as gifts and my friend purchased 6 shirts for her grandson. Together we spent a total of about $20.00. We had a wonderful time and stayed within spending budget.

I ate my 5 servings of fruits (1) and veggies (4) today!
Over the past 3 weeks I have been eating less and I was feeling a difference (not for the better) I just told myself I was going to do it today and I had my big salad with baby spring mix, broccoli, carrots, and I sautéed yellow squash with dinner. It was YUMMY!

I'm on day 6 of Digest Diet and so far all is well. Actually I have a little trouble to get enough calories in on a daily basis. I was worried about being hungry but I am not at all! Even with exercising. I've been working out really well (a diversity of both cardio and strength) and I can barely move! But I lost 9 lbs so far, in 10 or 11 days (?)
I am guessing that is normal so (I am not good with knowing what normal ranges are for things like that)!

I am rocking my workouts...TF and CLX! Down 8 inches and 2 pounds in two weeks! I also incorporated a plant based diet into my plan. My energy is through the roof. I am definitely keep up with the plant based diet, drinking shakeology and doing both of my programs.

So far I've been really careful about counting calories and trying to be accurate. I tend to think of them like money; when it's all gone or used up (according to the SP suggested range), I need to stop. If I have some 'left over' by the time dinner is over, then I might reward myself with a treat. :)

I am down 2.4 lbs this week. Super happy about that. I am down 8 lbs since the 17th of July. I have recommitted myself exercise and eating right by becoming a Beachbody Coach. This will hold me very accountable to my exercising and eating plans plus if I can make some money at it that would be even better ! On August 13th I am going to get back to my TurboFire workouts but this time I am going to do the advanced schedule. This will be a challenge but I am up for it.

all new, and well done ! Today I have planned my meals and snacks. I walked intervals in the neighborhood for 28 minutes (2.67 km) and completed my first workout video (bootcamp day 1 from coach Nicole). And I slept my 8 hours too last night !!!!

This is only day one. Today I was conscious of everything I eat. I did well. I had breakfast this morning, blueberries and oatmeal. Lunch was frozen spinache and tomatoes with chickpeas, yum.

This is actually for yesterday. I learned to add more fruit to what I eat during the day. I also cut back on carbohydrates and added more protein and that was a big difference (actually was able to eat more that way and never felt hungry.

I went out and bought a ton of healthy food so I am good to go for the next couple of weeks. I have lots of different slads I can make for lunch, lots of other veggies, stuff to make fruit smoothies and I bought 3 lean cuisine meals just in case I am hungry NOW

I exercised 2x - once walking my dog in the morning and then 20 minutes of WII after dinner. Felt great - I forgot how good it feels to start taking care of myself.

My "Something I did right today" is that I met a bunch of friends for dinner, ordered SALAD instead of fries to eat with my grilled chicken sandwich, and while I did order dessert, I only ate half of it!!!! I never imagined I would be able to push that plate away but I did it!!
