Reaching my goal is the reward in itself because I will be healthier and feel better-
But the reward idea has always been difficult for me. I look at other people, who have this great reward systems in place, and they actually reach their weight loss goals and I want to learn from them.
Losing weight has been an incredibly difficult battle for me, because I am hypothyroid and have asthma and allergies. With these issues come lots of challenges with losing weight. Being tired due to hypothyroid is not a great motivator to work out and not working out means automatically gaining weight, due to the thyroid problem- so it is a vicious circle. (Even on meds, hypothyroidism is quite challenging). But joining this problem feels like a big step in the right direction as there is a lot of talk about goals.
Ultimately losing weight is the reward itself. AND I am looking forward to reading answers from others in the team for inspiration.
