Summertime is here again and it's been 2 days shy of a year since I joined SP. Although I have had a lot of good results over the last year I have slipped up the last few months. So for this summer my goal is to get back to tracking everything (I think that is a major key for me) and to read more labels. Oh yea... and drop another dress size.

My summer goals are to get back on track. I had a great routine going before I started a new job, then it got REALLY hard. I have really come so far that I don't want to go back to my old ways, but it's so easy to make excuses. I teach, so I'm now "off" for a few months, and I want to make this time count. I'm soon to be on a wonderful vacation to the Canadian Rockies and I don't want to blow this commitment before I even start. My goals are lots of walking, portion control and try to keep my meals balanced with out too much snacking.
