I just rediscovered spark people the other day.
Good to know when I did join. But, this time I'm actually actively making use of the goals instead of just being completely overwhelmed.
I'm finding the nutrition tracker on here extremely difficult to use - so I'm using myfitnesspal app on my phone to track as that does metric and lists things that we have over here in Australia.
BUT I am tracking my exercise on 3 different apps and on here. I downloaded zombies, run the other day and I have to say it's awesome. It's making me want to get out there and do my missions each day. Also, I got an Australian Cattle Dog a couple of months ago and I need to get her out every day.
