I've been struggling with staying on program. Last night I started back in with the . I think I tried to do too much all at once in April, exercising 6 days a week, beating myself up if I didn't, then in June I tried the medal challenge with WW and moved to exercising 7 days a week and burnt out. My new plan is to get in 5,000 steps a day and do the for at least 30 minutes every other day.
I'd still like to get Tracy's book soon.

SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO sorry for not being here in so long! I have been SLAMMED at work, and in my personal life too, what with being a Relay for Life captain AND trying to get a workshop with Tracy Reifkind happening HERE in my town!
It was AMAZING!!! I will blog about it, complete with awesome pictures.
I can now call her a personal friend, and not just an incredibly motivating woman who I "know" from our online interactions! We had a totally fantastic time together, and it's like we're twin sisters from different mothers. We're going to do a repeat workshop, hopefully within a couple months.
