Fitbiting is motivational for sure. Funny how a little gadget can inspire one to take those extra steps. I am loving mine and so thankful I made the choice to buy it. I can use all the tools possible to create my new lifestyle. Happy FitBiting to all.
I will achieve a healthy lifestyle.

Hey Barb! I've so far found it REALLY easy to use. The version I have just shows all your information on the screen when you press a button (there's only one to press). You plug in a little wireless thingy on your computer and the data uploads automatically.
As far as I know of, there are two types - the cheaper one, the Zip, tracks steps but not sleep and I'm not sure if it tracks elevation. The more expensive one, the One, tracks steps, elevation, and sleep. That's the one I have but I have friends with the Zip too and everyone that I know seems to be pretty satisfied with it.
Pooka: the happy fairy. Sluagh: the sad fairy. It fits my bipolar personality.
