Yes, definitely let us know about next time! Unfortunately this weekend is out for me too, but I would *love* to go to something like this!
Pooka: the happy fairy. Sluagh: the sad fairy. It fits my bipolar personality.

Will do, MJ.
Generally, they run this seminar once or twice a year, but if it turns out we can get a decent-sized group together, we could potentially request our own session too.
Rhonda and Jan have done this with kids' schools, work seminars, church groups and so on, and are still willing upon request.
Next time, I will share with more time to plan for it. I was a little last-minute this year!
thank you for this

Oh this is something I would so love to do! Unfortunately, it falls during my grandson's birthday party. Even if I left a tad early I wouldn't be able to do it because I have to be at the airport at 7:00 to pick up my sister and brother-in-law.
Please let us know every time this comes available, Emily. Thanks!

This Saturday, October 27th, from 16:00 - 19:00, there is a women-only seminar for personal safety awareness and training. All ages of gals are welcome from teens to way adult. (A version of this program is available for young kids of all genders for schools, youth groups and such. Talk with Rhonda Payne if you'd like to set something up.)
The creators of this seminar are a pair of amazing women who have been in martial arts for most of their lives, and hold multiple black belt rankings in several disciplines. They teach women how to practice better awareness (of surroundings, situations, etc), and also techniques that anyone can do, without any martial art training. Techniques that can be done in the heat of the moment, and don't require years of practice to master.
I've done this seminar for several years now, and I continue to go back because the message is amazing, the information is all practical and important, and it's good to have refreshers!
I've attached the flyer with the details and address, or anybody can message me if you have questions or concerns.
