I'm woo hooing because despite the fact I have a nasty stomach bug which has me either on my back or bent over in one direction or the other over the potty, I'm remembering that this time last year I was just days away from a heart attack and a surgical procedure. Today I am healthier, fitter, and happier. Woo Hoo for survival and second chances!

WooHoo! I spend 2 full hours at the gym this morning and got in my promised cadio and strength training by 9:00 a.m.! I have exercised 2 hours a day every day this week so far...and I ain't stopping now!

Woo Hoo I got someone to join spark by posting about it on facebook!

Woo Hoo I reinvented seafood corn chowder tonight by making it lower in fat and low sodium and my husband and my dad LOVED it!

Woo Hoo I didn't lose my cool when someone posted a comment on my facebook spark comment tonight that was kind of negative about Spark...instead I said some good and encouraging things to the person and built up Spark when the old me would have bit@$-slapped her!

Yesterday was a binge day. I got less than five hours of sleep on all but two days of the last week and by yesterday, I was so tired and sick-feeling that I just went out to restaurants both lunch and dinner and ate far more calories than normal. I didn't track them either.

My woo-hoo Wednesday is that I went back today and tracked it despite knowing I would be way over. I put the calories in knowing that I needed to be accountable even if the amount I ate was the second-highest amount that's gone into my food tracker since I started Spark in February. I'm not proud of the amount (2450) but I'm proud of myself for acknowledging it and for starting over today without beating myself up or calling myself names. I'm just moving forward.

Not sure how much I've lost but I bought size 12-14 capri's at Walmart last week. The trick will be to find the size 14's I was wearing before and see if I can get in them again.

WOO HOO the pool is clean and we have been using it. Uncounted burned calories.

My woo hoo for today is that I've lost almost a full inch off of my waist since May28th!

I am not doing measurements today. I saw the tape measurer in the drawer while I was putting away some clothes and just wrapped it around my waist on a whim and badabing badaboom just a centimeter or so from a full inch off! This sure makes the lack of weight loss a bit easier to swallow. Can't wait to take my measurements at the end of the month!

My woohoo is that I went shopping yesterday - but I didn't buy a thing. I'm woohooing because I parked in one spot and walked everywhere in the place! Over an hour of walking from shop to shop! It was great exercise and I saved lots of gas lol!

My woohoo for the day is that i fit in exercise even though my schedule for today got thrown out the window. Also, I was sparkler of the week for the 30 something s with 50-90 lbs to loose. Plus, I've gotten two days of ST in already and I've managed to stay in calorie range all days except one!

Okay I know I'm back a third time, but it's a really big Woo-hoo Wednesday!! Two more things to add - this morning I ran over half of my 2.5 mile trail, and ran over a mile of it nonstop! Second thing - I received my first-ever out of the blue compliment about my weight loss from someone today. It was at my chiropractor's office and was the first time anyone has said anything specific to me (except for my husband, people online, and people who I talk to about this weight loss journey). It meant so much to me to finally have someone outside my circle notice!

I stuck to my calorie range Sun, Mon, & Tues!
I did Bikram Yoga yesterday and stayed in the classroom the entire time!
I did the gym for cardio & ST Monday even though I desperately wanted to stay home.
I did a 5 mile hike this morning and am going to yoga tonight!

Ive started to stop eating when i feel full. Even throwing away the food i didnt eat. Instead of finishing it.
