Yesterday I was beat from work so I did not workout and actually stressed ate junk for dinner. But I am back on track and did my workout I was to do yesterday which was:
Brazil Butt Lift Sculpt ( full body workout). I might later do a Turbofire HIIT 25.
Tomorrow which would have been my rest day I do cardio( TurboFire or KenpoX) and BBL High and Tight.
