I don't have access to water sports although I love to swim. Unfortunately, to swim in the pool in my complex I would have to share time with at least 20 people in a small pool. Yuck. No thanks.

It depends on rather I can make what I am interested in or if I can alter what I already have. I did purchase a new exercise outfit in January. My old one has been fixed so many times there was no way to fix it again, and to my surprise I had to move down a size. Hurray.

I have a bathing suit but don't know if it still fits. It may be a bit big but I have no problem going swimming because I swim with my grandchildren and they don't care if I have cellulite or am overweight. Ya gotta love kids!

No.....but I still don't feel comfortable about wearing a bathing suit quite yet. I have a few more pounds to loose before I will feel good about myself in a bathing suit. Maybe by summer....I'm working on it.

I'm not a runner but if I was, I don't think I would run bare foot. I'd be afraid of stepping on something!! Although I hate shoes, in the house I'm always barefoot!!!

I'm a morning person. If I don't exercise in the morning I won't exercise. I have tried time and again but it's a no go once I've worked 9 hours that's it I'm done. So from approximately 5:00 a.m. to 6:00 a.m is my time to workout.

Eating "badly" for a day or meal Not exercising for a day Both Neither
Neither for me....I think we all have bad days from time to time or not able to do exercises everyday due to unexpected circumstances. I just get myself back on track as soon as possible.

Hmm, to some degree. I have neuropathy in my feet and sometimes I have shooting pains in them as though the nerves have awakened and decided to run a test or two. I also have RLS but to me it's not really painful just annoying as all get out at night.

I have a devotional calendar, a notebook of BP readings, glucose levels and nutrion I write enteries in every morning. I also log exercise and nutrition on SP.

I keep both a private journal and I log my nutrition and exercise on SP.

I go out to lunch with my mom every Saturday. But my hubby sons, we go out a few times a year. Since the boys started college we are trying to save as much money as we can!!!

At least once per day A few times per week A few times per month Only on special occasions
I would have to say once every few months. Usually when we are on the road travelling.

No, I'm not heavy enough, however, I would consider a tummy tuck, breast reduction and whatever it is they do to the wattle under your chin!

No, I would not have surgery. I've heard of too many things going wrong!! I work with a lady that had it done over a year ago. She's lost 50 pounds, but she has not lost in a while, she says she's been so bad with her eating. That's what you have to do, make it a life style change!!! I also gave her some of my watp dvd's I got sick of and she has not used them yet!! Oh well!!

If cost weren't an issue, would you consider weight-loss surgery?

That's not an option for me.....I don't like going to the hospital and I only go to the Dr.s when I'm really sick or for my yearly check-ups.
