Today I am proud of myself because
1) I am tracking all of my food, even the "bad" choices
2) I'm making slow but steady progress on my spring cleaning
3) I have become better able to let go of stuff I no longer need
4) I am learning to stand up for myself
5) I am becoming more tolerant ie the people that really rub me the wrong way bother me less than they used to

1) I'm walking to school from Pet's Park everyday (about 10 minutes)
2) I've completed my 6th day streak (calorie limit and 30-70 min walk with my dog)
3) I'm getting a little spring cleaning done most days
4) I ate a healthy supper even though I was starving, and didn't go over my calorie limit
5) I ran into a sour apple today but didn't let him ruin my day

OMIGOSH I have ALWAYS wanted to learn to play the violin! That's pretty awesome that you bought one, Cheff-in-training!
5 things I'm proud of myself for:
1) i wrote a kick-ass appeal letter for Tony, which will hopefully help in the process
2) I am being pro-active about getting us ready to buy a house (improving credit scores, starting a savings for down payment, taking "house buying" classes, etc)
3) I am taking small bites out of our master "to-do" list
4) I noticed when Dominic made a small effort this morning (I was going to bop him on the head because he deserved it, and he didn't snatch his head away which he could have easily)
5) I have my boys and Dylan with me

1) I ran another virtual race here on sparkety spark. I am really enjoying spark these days and activities like the virtual race give me a chance to do races since nowadays I don't feel like being in the crowds.

2) Got up early enough to walk/run with neighbors.

3) Hopped back on my calorie budget after a REALLY high week last week.

4) Lost .2 of a pound, the same one I put on last week.

5) Cleaned kitchen and cooked chicken and rice for the week.

today I am proud that I:
1. still walked the dog 20 min in the morning and evening
2. ate canned salmon made with (mayo, apple, pickle, lettuce) and crackers
3. ate an omelet with veggies in the morning
4. Got that 8 cups of water down
5. Took my vitamins
6. Last night, put night cream on
7. Happy that I can get through the basics even when I am just going through the motions, I know that the dog still needs to be walked and I still need some type of protein during the day, but I made a point of getting that 8 cups of water down.
8. I miss the really high energy days when I feel great like I did after the 12 laps on Saturday compared to the low energy days like everything seems like such an effort -even brushing my teeth. I think it is a part of menopause, sometimes hot flashes or low grade mood swings.

1. Still keeping a food journal

This morning I got up and decided to do an UNofficial 5k (rather it was 12 laps=3miles): I did 1/2 lap jog and 1/2 lap fast walk for 12 laps = 40 minutes AND it wasn't torturous either! emoticon (I did this because I bailed on the OFFICIAL 5k that I had signed up and paid for which would have been today)
3. Limit my chocolate intake to every other day
4. Had salmon and swiss chard this week
5. Deleting more and more e-mails

5 things I'm proud of
1. cleaned out my purse too! =)
2. did my walk even though I DIDN'T want to but felt better after
3. got the water bill paid and my Discover cc
4. did 3 important errands today
5. made peace with my boys who constantly annoy me

I'll really try to get my pics of the charm tree tonight. Its hard because they just don't look as cool as it is, but I'll post the best ones I have tomorrow on my blog.

1. Still writing down food intake
2. Walked mornng and evening with dog
3. Still taking vitamins
4. Got rid of 9 more things today and took box of stuff to thrift store
5. Got rid of 9 e-mails and unsuscribed from 9 e-mails.

Any pictures of the charm tree!? Way to go for consistency!

5 things I am proud of:
1. walk/jogged all last week - got up to 8 laps
2. cleaned out my purse
3. Got rid of 9 things today
4. Had cream of spinach soup today - (to finish off the spinach that was cooked)(
5. I am still logging what I eat (and lost 1 pound in one week)

Today I am proud of myself because
1. I didn't freak out on Tony when I found out he's been lying all this time about his class (it was cancelled ages ago). Instead I helped him figure out what to do NOW.
2. I'm getting along with Dominic better lately
3. I am eating at home more
4. I walked away from that second Starbucks latte today and it was HARD
5. I'm proud of all my changes this year, they are all represented on my charm tree and there are a LOT of them!!

I'm proud of myself because
1. I listen to modern music
2. I walk everyday (and for 70 minutes WOOHOO)
3. I have tracked my food all month even on the "bad" days
4. I'm down to one summer school class--I've nearly made it through summer school (thank the gods!)
5. I've developed a life purpose =)

Welcome back Tesenisis! Way to go on the weight loss during vacation, fantastic!

5 things for today:
1. I did yoga 45 mins.
2. I walk/jogged 6 laps at track with dog
3. I took my vitamins
4. I recorded my food
5. I measured out food (teaspoons, tablespoons, and measuring cup)
6. Introduced chia seeds - by sprinkling in my yogurt this morning

1. I have a 5 day streak on exercise and calorie range
2. I learned how to download music into my Android phone
3. I am making progress this year on my resolutions--REAL progress
4. I cleaned my kitchen really well with my sons' help
5. I didn't keep them at it until the were used up =)

1. today will be the 4th day in a row that I've walked 70 minutes even though it is so HOT
2. I lost a lb
3. I've been eating healthy since July 4th, and I've stayed in my calorie range
4. I went back and apologized to my teen today for hurting his feelings
5. I have learned to be comfortable in skimpy summer tops =)

5 things I am proud of today
1. I got my homework done (mostly in time)
2. I am eating much much lighter since I started tracking
3. I have walked everyday for 3 days
4. I'm finding solutions instead of complaining (about exercise)
5. I am getting better at "dropping it" with my teen. Its just not worth the fight when he's moving out this time next year.
