Sorry to hear about your sister, I hope for the best possible outcome for her and that the surgery goes well.

I am just trying to finish a few holiday cards to get them in the mail. I have a lot to do, too. Just found out that a sister has a tumor. They think it is benign. I sure hope so. She'll be having surgery really soon.

Happy holidays. Don't understand why this type of stuff occurs at this time of year.

Yikes, that is expensive, I won't be doing that either. Probably won't be starting any new crafts until after the holidays, got to much cleaning, decorating and cooking going on.

Update: Using self adhesive clear sticky tape is a tad too expensive, and very hard to find. It can be found at office depot:

It looks like I will be doing my art with bees wax or baby wipes/floor wax!

Note that along the right side of the page, all the different great links are there, including but not limited to background techniques and stamping techniques. The artist/blogger, Trish Bee, even uses floor wax and baby wipes to create her art in one particular technique!
