I try to switch my workout types as soon as I get bored with the routines. I recently got Your Shape 2012 for my Xbox Kinect and I've been doing the cardio kickboxing exercises on that to burn calories. Actually, my workouts are going great but my eating habits keep me even or sometimes set me back. That's my struggle though.
