DDOORN,is right with less insulation....we will feel it more....lita
There's a difference between interest and commitment. When you're interested in doing something, you do it only when it's convenient. When you're committed to something, you accept no excuses; only results. When you get to a plateau, think of it as a landing on the stairway to your goal. And maintenance is a lifelong plateau, so a bit of "rehearsal" for maintenance isn't the worst thing in the world Breathe in love & compassion.. Breathe out peace & forgiveness. Pacific time

I think with less "insulation" we DO feel the temps more. I've noticed sort of the other side of the coin: I can appreciate and enjoy the heat and warmth of the sun much moreso than ever before. I've probably got more color to me at the end of this summer's season than I've EVER had before!

I have been with SP for 1 month now and have lost 11 pounds. One of the changes I have noticed is that I'm cold a lot more than I used to be. Is this due to the weight I lost, is it that my metabolism is a lot slower, or something else?
