my fitness goal for tomorrow is to work out at least 40 minutes on the treadclimber. i have a nice long break in between classes and will do this before i dash into work....and then back to class!

Once you make a decision, the universe conspires to make it happen.

Hey everyone! I just wanted to let you know that I started a team where we can affirm out loud what our activity goals are for the day. We are most likely not bodybuilders or competitive athletes. But we do play with our kids, walk our dogs, and do situps in front of the TV. Every goal (no matter the size) is an opportunity for accomplishment. Come share with me as we root one another on.
