Rarely do fast food, but when I really want a burger, about every 2 months, I get a GOOD burger at Five Guys. For healthier fast food options, Burrito Bowl at Chipotle or Qdoba. Black beans, fajita veggies, no rice or brown rice. Add meat if you want; all meat except carnitas are under 200 calories/serving. Also found some good things at Pei Wei and Noodles and Co.

Fast food is a rarity these days, anticipate this will continue. Once I get back on the bike again, however, you just can't beat Subway for healthier options. The other indulgence I take advantage of occasionally if I'm on the go at work and haven't been back to my freggie stash at the office I will grab a Wendy's Chili which is a fairly health option.
Otherwise? Fuggedaboudem! :-)

I very rarely eat at fast food restaurants. When my husband and I are traveling, we eat at Subway or Wendy's (chili w/o the cheese).

For Me...Out of all the above...Subway.
There's a difference between interest and commitment. When you're interested in doing something, you do it only when it's convenient. When you're committed to something, you accept no excuses; only results.
When you get to a plateau, think of it as a landing on the stairway to your goal. And maintenance is a lifelong plateau, so a bit of "rehearsal" for maintenance isn't the worst thing in the world
