i don't care what the weather does most of the time as i too exercise indoors most of the time too.........

When you get to a plateau, think of it as a landing on the stairway to your goal. And maintenance is a lifelong plateau, so a bit of "rehearsal" for maintenance isn't the worst thing in the world

i go to two gyms in my area....one is about two minutes drive from my house...the other is about 5 minutes away.....only really bad weather keeps me away....3 days/yoga...3 days/strength training....1 day/water aerobics.....
