I try to do 4 or 5 days but sometimes life gets in the way!

am in the pool 2-3 times week and the rest am at the gym or walking and take one day off sometimes two...........

When you get to a plateau, think of it as a landing on the stairway to your goal. And maintenance is a lifelong plateau, so a bit of "rehearsal" for maintenance isn't the worst thing in the world

i do total body strength training three days each week.....i try to do yoga classes at the gym, three days each week.....and water aerobics one day....the nice thing is that the two gyms that i belong to are only about three minutes drive from my house...
