I LOVE the reports pages, they are so motivating in keeping in the gray zone and your weight progress. The food planner is a must do. I do that everyday and it's the main reason I've been able to lose. I don't want to have to put excess calories in that planner and ruin the gray zone
Maybe you could try to put in what you plan to eat a day ahead of time and then look to see where you are high or low and substitute a couple of foods accordingly. I like to experiment with the food adder to tweak my next meal or snack.

i love those too! i found out that i definitely have a problem with controlling my eating and getting enough exercise when i'm under stress, and it helped me to control it a little better more recently

Hi, if you haven't used the reports yet, I would highly recommend that you take a look at them.
This is the second month that I have been active on the website and the third time I've checked out the reports.
You get a view of your progrss on graphs and looking at mine, I see that I've been all over the place as far as calories and fat...up, down, seldom staying in the grey target zone. This is helpful to see and motivates me to work harder to achieve my goals.
