There's a difference between interest and commitment. When you're interested in doing something, you do it only when it's convenient. When you're committed to something, you accept no excuses; only results.
When you get to a plateau, think of it as a landing on the stairway to your goal. And maintenance is a lifelong plateau, so a bit of "rehearsal" for maintenance isn't the worst thing in the world
Good morning! Just wanted to introduce myself. My name is Renee and I am a Surgical Technician and I work in a Cardio-Thoracic Surgeons office as their clinical/precert/scheduler/whatever person. I am a single mom who is the caretaker of my mom. She has bad valves and just recently had a TIA. She is in rehab at this time but will be coming home with Hospice care. So it has been hard to think of myself right now. As you all know that is what we do...care for others. I hope to be able to try to start back taking care of myself soon.
