That would be hard to do without evaluating the person first. There are 20-30 causes of neck pain that you could be having from an injury 4 years ago. Giving you exercise over the internet could end up hurting you worse.

I suggest you find a good therapist in your area. If you need help doing that let me know. has a place on the website where you can plug in your zip code and find PT's in your area. If no one is on that list nearby we can contact your state chapter of the APTA (American Physical Therapy Association) and find a good therapist in your area.

Sorry I cannot be of more help. I just don't want to cause any harm to you.

Can you suggest an exercise for the neck who had a whipash injury four years ago?

I loved peace and harmony. I valued most my personal relationships. Money and career are not my priorities. To be able to enjoy life and to take care other people is to take care first of oneself.

Hi my name is Matt Hall and I am a PT in Bloomington, IN for 7 years. I promote health with all of my patient's since most of them have chronic pain and are overweight.

I am looking at this website as a tool for some of my patient's to help them with behavior change.
