As an intensive case manager for the mentally ill I spend a fair amount of time out on the road and bring along my freggies for snacking: apple slices, baby spinach, baby carrots, bell pepper slices, broccoli florets. If I need something more substantial I'll add a cup of yogut, some cubes of cheese and if I'm without ANYTHING a Wendy's Chili goes a long way to filling me up with minimal fast food damage...lol.

There's a difference between interest and commitment. When you're interested in doing something, you do it only when it's convenient. When you're committed to something, you accept no excuses; only results. When you get to a plateau, think of it as a landing on the stairway to your goal. I travel in the field every day and either I skip meals or hit a drive-thru when I'm feeling starved. I would like to pack a lunch for the car but I'm not much a pre-planner. I mostly grab a fruit and a Slimfast. I need more ideas! Help!
