As an intensive case manager for the mentally ill I spend a fair amount of time out on the road and bring along my freggies for snacking: apple slices, baby spinach, baby carrots, bell pepper slices, broccoli florets. If I need something more substantial I'll add a cup of yogut, some cubes of cheese and if I'm without ANYTHING a Wendy's Chili goes a long way to filling me up with minimal fast food damage...lol.

Terrific to have you joining our SparkTeam and jumping to our message boards for some feedback! :-)

When you get to a plateau, think of it as a landing on the stairway to your goal. And maintenance is a lifelong plateau, so a bit of "rehearsal" for maintenance isn't the worst thing in the world

I travel in the field every day and either I skip meals or hit a drive-thru when I'm feeling starved. I would like to pack a lunch for the car but I'm not much a pre-planner. I mostly grab a fruit and a Slimfast. I need more ideas! Help!
