As a dietitian you would think I could easily lose weight. Alas, that's not the case. I need to get back to a healthier weight for myself. I've given myself the rest of the year to lose 50#...slow and steady so I can change the behaviors that got me to this weight in the first place! I'm enjoying this site very much...as I just stumbled onto it trying to find some resources for a client. Best of all, I found something perfect for me!
