Have You Tried SparkPeople Live?
Have you attended one of the SparkPeople Live meetings yet? This is a relatively new feature from SparkPeople that provides us with live online support and motivation.
Each week they cover a different topic related to weight loss, exercise,healthy eating or motivation to help us meet our goals. Along the way, you’ll meet new SparkFriends who will encourage and support you each week!
Meetings are offered multiple days and times each week. I'm partial to the Tuesday 3PM meetings with leaders Anne & Bobby (MIAMIA7 & BOBBYD31); but, each meeting is led by another great Sparker so find one that works with your schedule. Use the link below to the LiveMind site that hosts these sessions. Click on "More Dates" for additional meetings.
First timers would benefit from attending one of the Orientation Meetings to learn how the meetings work, get the feel of the site, find your microphone, webcam, etc. (Webcam is not required but it is really nice to be able to see your fellow Sparkers.) After that, sign up for one of the recurring weekly meetings.

When you get to a plateau, think of it as a landing on the stairway to your goal. And maintenance is a lifelong plateau, so a bit of "rehearsal" for maintenance isn't the worst thing in the world
