I haven't found a time that is convenient as of yet. I hope to in the future. They sound like a fantastic idea and very helpful!

Slow & steady makes a winner of us. Even if we hit pitfalls, get up. Know that a new day is right around the corner.
Try to be all that you can be. Work at it a day at a time.

“There's a difference between interest and commitment. When you're interested in doing something, you do it only when it's convenient. When you're committed to something, you accept no excuses; only results.”

When you get to a plateau, think of it as a landing on the stairway to your goal. And maintenance is a lifelong plateau, so a bit of "rehearsal" for maintenance isn't the worst thing in the world

I was able to participate in the first one...however have been too busy to re-connect.

I think there is a lot of potential in this real-time form of connecting with fellow members of our SparkFamily and encourage folks to try it out!

THIS IS PART OF A NOTE FROM coach JEN

SparkPeople is excited to partner with Livemind to introduce;SparkPeople eMeetings& our new online support meetings!

We designed these meetings to provide SparkPeople members with live support and motivation. Each week we’ll cover a different topic related to weight loss, exercise, healthy eating or motivation to help you meet your goals.

We'll ask you to participate in the meeting, and then afterward join a SparkTeam where you can give feedback on the process. We'll start with a small group to get an idea of what works well and what we need to adjust before we launch the feature to the rest of the site.

All you need to access the meeting is your computer with Internet access (webcam is optional) and a phone.

Each meeting is limited to 35 members so sign up quickly! Any questions, just SparkMail me!

Thank you for helping us improve SparkPeople!

Coach Jen
