Are you asking for all over the nation? That would seem a difficult task. If you are looking specifically for DXA I would maybe contact the company. Also, have you looked on the National Osteoporosis Foundation website? Just a couple of ideas. Good luck!
A fellow member of SparkPeople is working to compile a list of facilities that offer the DXA scan and would appreciate any help folks can offer to add to her list.
