Yikes! I bet the chemicals in the wrappers combined with the toxins in the food are extra carcinogenic, to boot. Just a thought.
I hardly eat ff anymore. The sodium gets me, too.
I'm so glad Mickey D's ice cream cones don't come in wrappers to keep grease from dripping out.

Fast food was one of my first personal challenges. I rarely eat it now. When I do, I try to plan ahead because it's a sodium trap for me!

I am only an occasional fast food eater. Mostly on trips as well. I am really not fond of it. Too greasy.

I am glad we rarely eat out and then it is fast food only when traveling if we have time constraints. I can't say that for our son and family. I think they have fast food 4-5 times a week esp. for the little girls. Need to get this to them. Thanks for the info!
Slow & steady makes a winner of us. Even if we hit pitfalls, get up. Know that a new day is right around the corner. Try to be all that you can be. Work at it a day at a time.

I remember reading something about that. Hopefully that doesn't apply to Wendy's Chili...which is about the only fast food I eat once in a blue moon when I'm desperate...lol!

A Canadian research report finds that the wrappers for fast food items contain a chemical which is toxic and leaches into food, traveling into the blood stream. Here's a link:
