There's a difference between interest and commitment. When you're interested in doing something, you do it only when it's convenient. When you're committed to something, you accept no excuses; only results.
When you get to a plateau, think of it as a landing on the stairway to your goal. And maintenance is a lifelong plateau, so a bit of "rehearsal" for maintenance isn't the worst thing in the world

No snow here. Try moving to sunny CA. Preferably Sonoma. Best weather in the world. Only chilly at night and in the early ams, now.
Maybe the wt. loss was because I kept drinking coffee so I kept having heart burn and not wanting to eat, or maybe it was the stress of having to leave a long time bus. partnership that had really been working for me. (See my newest blog on my Spark Page) Anyway, I seem to have lost a couple inches somewhere or other. (Are they with my marbles)?
I don't really intend to go looking for those lost inches now, so maybe calling our inches lost is mis-guided. What do you call something that's lost that you intended to lose (like my retainer) or to never have in the first place (like another hole in the head).
Funny? No? Okay, won't quit my day job- What's that again? I must need more work. Hardly remember what my job is. I guess I'll have to re-read my blog.
No, wait. Here it is writ in my left palm: Certified Massage Therapist living and working in Petaluma and about to broaden my bus. to offer a class series as soon as I've moved.
What's this in my other palm? A bazillion bucks? Nope, not that lucky. Just my name and home add. and email password.
