As an aside to that, just about anyone in the midwest or east coast in the USA is going to be deficient. We need that beautiful sunlight to help our bodies synthesize it! Sunlight is great for your body in moderation and can make you feel happier and more grounded. Pair that with a good Vitamin D supplement and healthy, whole foods and voila... a healthier you. :-)
Thanks! Vit. D positive affects have been knwn for quite some time but we don't get enough now and it is very important. All dietary supplements are not alike so be aware of what you take. Excellent information.

There's a difference between interest and commitment. When you're interested in doing something, you do it only when it's convenient.
