-Get my oldest son sorted out for a HTX 3 year education with computer media- this means grabbing social workers- phoning and keeping at them until they pull finger out. My son has ADHD/Asperges and is assigned a special needs socialworker and a career socialworker whom do work to get grants and free seats so special kids don't drop through the security net in denmark... -Have signed a agreement with my dead husband bank to pay of outstanding debit- will be free of this in 4 years. -Keep my body building moving along-nice and quietly-enjoy my advances and appreciate my spinal injury sleeps well when I train regularly.. Thrilled I have lasted in such a heavy work area- I have many co-workers whom have many sick days because of their injuries..

my plans for 2010 are: to exercise 6 days a week track all food and exercise daily support myself more and others too look and feel my best as well as i can no matter what!!
There's a difference between interest and commitment. When you're interested in doing something, you do it only when it's convenient. When you're committed to something, you accept no excuses; only results. When you get to a plateau, think of it as a landing on the stairway to your goal. I am so happy that 1999 is behind us and that we have reached 2010. The very first thing on my agenda is my weight this month my church is doing a fasting. and I am happy because I get the opportunity to share dieting advice and to I get the chance to experiment with different foods.
