Hi Don, I did'nt know the clocks went back there. For me personally,I like it; brighter mornings with beautiful skies [sometimes] and darker evenings. Makes me get outta bed earlier.

When you get to a plateau, think of it as a landing on the stairway to your goal. And maintenance is a lifelong plateau, so a bit of "rehearsal" for maintenance isn't the worst thing in the world

My problem will be adjusting to the return of darkness when, DESPITE the time change it's STILL dark in the morning when I wake up to use the treadmill and it's STILL dark when I come home from work in the evening...ugh!
