Pearish, will you have your cell phone? When I'm not at a puter, I track my food and exercise on my phone calendar. You could also use the phone's notepads. Print your weekly goals and Other Goals and take them along.
I think when you get back you'll flow back into your SparkRoutine more easily if you track while you're gone.

There's a difference between interest and commitment. When you're interested in doing something, you do it only when it's convenient. When you're committed to something, you accept no excuses; only results. When you get to a plateau, think of it as a landing on the stairway to your goal. Just wondering if anyone has advice on what to do about SP when I'll be without internet access for 2 weeks. Going to Malawi for a Global Health project. So I'm not worried about the food since scarcity is more of the problem. (I was advised to bring a lot of snacks.) But I won't be doing my normal sparking, which is weird. No posting on message boards or reading blogs/articles. No log-in points.
Should I keep a written food and exercise log and then enter it when I get back? Should I keep track of my weekly goals and enter them afterwards too?
