Pearish, will you have your cell phone? When I'm not at a puter, I track my food and exercise on my phone calendar. You could also use the phone's notepads. Print your weekly goals and Other Goals and take them along.
I think when you get back you'll flow back into your SparkRoutine more easily if you track while you're gone.

There's a difference between interest and commitment. When you're interested in doing something, you do it only when it's convenient. When you're committed to something, you accept no excuses; only results.
When you get to a plateau, think of it as a landing on the stairway to your goal. And maintenance is a lifelong plateau, so a bit of "rehearsal" for maintenance isn't the worst thing in the world
Just wondering if anyone has advice on what to do about SP when I'll be without internet access for 2 weeks. Going to Malawi for a Global Health project. So I'm not worried about the food since scarcity is more of the problem. (I was advised to bring a lot of snacks.) But I won't be doing my normal sparking, which is weird. No posting on message boards or reading blogs/articles. No log-in points.
Should I keep a written food and exercise log and then enter it when I get back? Should I keep track of my weekly goals and enter them afterwards too?
