Question/comment:

There's no tracking info for most of the Bootcamp video workouts. I luv those workouts! Well, I luv how I feel later, anyway. Sometimes I luv the actual workout more than I do at other times!

One comment on another team was, there's no info for some of them cuz they're strength workouts. But there's till no tracking info for them.

Praise & Comment:

I luv the Fitness Minutes / SparkAmerica / SparkWorld! I didn't set these goals till I'd been here for a while. What a positive difference it's made for me! All the trackers are so useful. The teams are great.

The only complaint I've seen is that it's really easy to stay at the site racking up points instead of exercising!

Don, I just saw a question on the Fitness message board asking about tracking stair-climbing. I guestimated for myself when I was climbing a lot stairs. It would be really great to have input on this from the convention. Thank you!

The no-pork option for SP menus would best be no-pork & no-shellfish, I believe. I don't know anyone who avoids pork who doesn't avoid shellfish, also. Jews, anyone eating kosher, Seventh-day Adventists, LDS/Mormons, Moslems all avoid both.

perhaps a choice of a diabetic diets versus the sparkpeople one????or offer other choices such a vegitarian etc...........

another thing when a couple is on together.............there is no way to make the diets the same for both to follow with the exception of the different calorie range
each one has a different diet to follow depending on there calorie range.............does this make any sense????

What kind of changes do you think would make the nutrition tracker more diabetic-friendly?

Try to think of specific changes...pretend you all have that *magic wand*...POOF! You've got your change! :-)

I'm with JOHANKA on this issue too.

I have heard a lot of people say that the food tracker is not very diabetic friendly. Would like more help there.
Thanks, Joan

I'm getting SO excited and am SO looking forward to attending the upcoming Spark Your Life Convention!

Another Team Leader who is going had an idea which I thought I would borrow:

She is asking her Team members to let her know of any questions, praise, criticism...any feedback whatsoever which she can take to the Spark Coaches and other SparkPeople staff who are going to be present at the convention.

Please feel free to post away ANYTHING here which you would like me to forward to those instrumental in making SparkPeople HAPPEN! :-)

And of course this thread can continue well beyond the convention as I'll always be willing to forward your thoughts, concerns, etc.
